Vision Day
On September 30, join us at the Showare Center in Kent for our biggest, most exciting service of the year: Vision Day!
All four campuses and twelve services will meet at 10:30am to celebrate what God has done in our church in the past twenty years and to look forward to what is in store. This is a fun, family-oriented, and inspiring day, and we want you to be a part!
A few details are still being finalized, but here are some things to note:
SCHEDULE
- 10am: preshow begins **this will be hilarious
- 10:30am: service begins
- 12:00pm (or so): service concludes
- Following the service: inflatables for kids and a GC afterparty
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Free parking is available onsite and nearby at the Park and Ride and the Justice Center. ShoWare attendants will be at lot entrances to direct you.
Bus transportation will be available from Belltown, Alderwood, and U-District for $5/person or $20/family. Sign up here.
SERVICES
Regular Saturday and Sunday services at all campuses will be suspended the weekend of September 29–30 so we can be together at the ShoWare Center.
FOOD
Concession stands will be available throughout the event. Prices range from $3–$9. The menu is still to be determined but will include typical stadium fare.
KIDS
Some of the kids’ details are still being finalized, but we want to emphasize that this is a family activity, and no one will be bothered by a little noise! We’d love for your whole family to attend. There will be special activities for kids as well as a family zone available for parents with kids who need room to stretch.

Maybe – There seems to be little vision for seniors 55+ ?
My family and I are driving from Sacramento, Ca. to come and be a part of this day. We are moving to Seattle at the end of the year and want to be a part of The City Church. Cant wait!!!!
Just curious, since there will be the pre-show at 10, will the doors be open earlier? I might’ve missed that detail :)
Sheri, I’m sure doors will open sooner than 10 but I haven’t heard a specific time yet. Probably 9:30 or so. We’ll update this topic when we know.
